The following terms and conditions apply to all purchases.

All animals must be paid for in full and funds verified by the bank before shipping.

All animals are shipped FedEx. Orders over $500.00 receive free shipping unless otherwise stated.

All animals are captive bred at our facility unless otherwise stated. All animals will be healthy and feeding when shipped. Any problems should be reported to us immediately. Live arrival is guaranteed unless temperatures at any stops on route to the destination are below 40 degrees or above 90 degrees. However, we can ship in most any weather with the use of heat and cold packs. Animal shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery. Chico Reptiles is not responsible for carrier delays or mistakes. All overnight shipments MUST be signed for on the first delivery attempt or live arrival guarantee is voided, NO EXCEPTIONS. DOA's must be reported to Chico Reptiles within 24 hours for return to Chico Reptiles for credit. Return of DOA animals will be required for credit or replacement. All animals are guaranteed to be properly sexed. All babies are sexed here at Chico Reptiles using the popping method. There is a $10 box and packaging fee for purchases under $300. Shipping charges are NON-Refundable. We prefer Cashier's Checks from a FDIC insured bank. However, we accept Cashier's Checks, USPS money orders, and PayPal. California residents add 8.25% sales tax.
